Hemsö is 85 per cent owned by the Third Swedish National Pension Fund and 15 per cent owned by AB Sagax, directly and indirectly.
AP3 in brief
AP3, is one of five so-called buffer funds within the Swedish national pension system. AP3 is tasked by the Swedish Parliament with generating maximum possible benefit for the income pension system by managing fund capital to ensure the delivery of strong investment returns at a low level of risk.
AP3 manages a diversified global portfolio of listed equities, fixed income assets and alternative investments.
