Responsible at all levels
Hemsö’s sustainability work includes promoting an open business climate, high business ethics and active anti-corruption efforts. We make demands on conditions in the supply chain and work to uphold human rights.
Our majority owner, the Third Swedish National Pension Fund (AP3), has stringent sustainability requirements that also govern Hemsö. Sustainability is part of our business concept and making long-term decisions with economic, environmental and social sustainability in mind is part of our everyday life.
Framework and guidelines
Hemsö’s sustainability work is governed by the owner directives and governance documents. Sustainability is incorporated into guidelines and processes.
We also use other frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in our sustainability work and as support for transparent and relevant sustainability communication.
